Ahafo Music Awards (AMA) is an annual music awards organised by Magi Entertainment in Ahafo Region. We seek to create conducive atmosphere for talents exhibition in the Ahafo Region. We aim at polishing, inspiring and promoting musicians from the Ahafo Region. Ahafo Music Awards (AMAs) will forever be recognised as a music awards that combine demand driven, target oriented music promotion and artistes nurturing. It is geared toward churning out high caliber of quality music and artistes to meet the ever growing competitive national and global music industry; and provide satisfaction to music lovers.
- To honor and appreciate musicians and other music industry players who released work(s) that generated the most public excitement within the calendar year of the scheme. * Provide an international platform through which the Ghanaian music industry can be accessed. * To reward veteran musicians who have blazed the trail in the music industry.
- To reward personalities who have transform the lives of the Region through development.
* The Ahafo Music Awards Festival is largely a people’s choice awards scheme that seeks to foster the development of the Ghanaian music industry by rewarding and celebrating musicians who have excelled in the eight main music genres of Ghanaian Music;

The Award Scheme has become the barometer by which Ahafo Region (Ghanaian) musicians measure their success each year and undoubtedly serves as an inspiration and aspiration to the entire music industry.
